All Staff must be paid for the time it takes to get to an event if the location is an hour, or more, from Manhattan.

Gratuity is not mandatory, but if Clients wish to tip, we ask that it be given directly to the Staff at the end of an event.
Bartenders, Servers, and other Staff
$30 an hour
$25 an hour for high volume caterers (15 or more staff)
The Rate Doubles on
all Major Holidays.
